With innovative hot air circulation technology, it achieves 99% carbonization efficiency and cuts processing time drastically—from 24 hours to just 6–8 hours. Suited for industrial and commercial use, the furnace features energy-saving operation (combustible gas recovery), eco-friendly emission controls, and consistent output of uniform charcoal pellets for metallurgical, fuel, and filtration applications.
The biomass carbonization furnace follows an integrated workflow:
1. Raw materials (pellets or logs) are fed into the chamber and ignited under controlled oxygen-limited conditions.
2. High-temperature anoxic pyrolysis generates premium charcoal, combustible gas, and wood tar simultaneously.
3. An intelligent environmental protection system purifies exhaust gas through a three-stage pipeline (roof → water-cooling box → air blower), removing over 95% of particulates.
4. Combustible gas is recycled as auxiliary fuel, and wood tar is refined into chemical raw materials—enabling a zero-waste green production cycle.
